Master the Systems That Drive Operational Excellence
Why this workshop
Organisations often invest in improvement initiatives, new technologies, and process changes — yet lasting results depend on something deeper: the systems that shape how people work every day.
The Shingo System Design Workshop helps leaders understand how to design and improve management systems that align strategy, processes, and behaviours to create sustainable organisational excellence.
Through the principles of the Shingo Model™, participants will learn how effective systems can reinforce the right behaviours, improve decision-making, and create an environment where continuous improvement becomes part of everyday work.
