Shingo Discover Excellence
2-Day Workshop

This foundational, two-day workshop introduces the Shingo Model™, the Shingo Guiding Principles, and the Three Insights of Organisational Excellence. Through active discussion and on-site learning at a live Perth host operation, discover how to release the latent potential in your organisation to achieve organisational excellence.
2nd & 3rd September 2026 8am to 5pm APM Therapy - West Perth
Why this workshop
Operational excellence tools, improvement projects, new operating systems. Most organisations have tried them all, and most watch the gains fade and sustaining these ways of working a challenge. The missing piece isn't another tool. It's understanding what actually drives results: behaviour, and the systems that shape it.
Discover Excellence is where that understanding starts. Developed by the Shingo Institute at Utah State University, home of the Shingo Prize, this workshop introduces the Shingo Model, its Guiding Principles, and the Three Insights of Organisational Excellence.
Systems drive behaviour. Behaviour drives results.
Two days here will change how you look at both.
