Mick McKay is an experienced leader with over 25 years of experience in the Mining, Resources and Industrial sector, with expertise in leading complex change and transformation programs.

Combining a strong technical foundation with a passion for leadership development, Mick is an experienced coach and certified Shingo facilitator and examiner.
